my appointment was at 10a i left at almoat 1:30p Nicole's technique as far as my refill was nice however, Nicole needs to be more confident when creat...ing designs. When creating clean lines one needs a steady hand and focus ... if designs aren't her thing she needs to be upfront with her clients ... she's only been doing nails a couple of months so I understand the level of experience...I'm confident she'll come into her own with more practice. update: time now is 6:37p and the polish is lifting. it's the same nail in the 2nd pic that started bubbling BEFORE i left. i sat there for 3 hours and I'm so disappointed...😫 Show more
