My boyfriend always likes to come here to get his hair shaved down and his beard cleaned up every few months. He always has a nice time with the barbe...rs and they always do a great job. This last time however, he did get a woman instead of one of the guys, which he didn’t think anything of at first. In the notes of the appointment we always put to add on for a “beard trim/clean up” and my boyfriend told her this as well at his appointment, however she still completely shaved his face! It took a very long time for my boyfriend to grow his beard, and now it’s completely gone. We’re hoping that maybe this full shave will actually be helpful for more/better growth (trying to stay positive about the situation), but we’re still really disappointed that our instructions were ignored twice in one appointment. It’s a nice place and the barbers/men are usually great, but please ensure that staff listens and understands client instructions… Show more
