I booked an appointment at 5:10 and she asked me if she could see me at 6:10 instead…I agreed however I arrived at 6:10 and she didn’t see me until ab...out 6:35. All I asked was for a trim on my layers that already existed since they were grown out. She took sheers to my hair and hacked off so much of it I had to stop her after trying to trust the process. I have thick hair and a whole lot of it but she thinned out my hair into a mullet. My hair is also curly (she brushed out my curls before beginning) and when I made sure to address that she was cutting way too short because it’d be even shorter once I washed my hair she brushed me off and said I was fine. This is going to take forever to grow out as not only do I have to grow my length back but also in thickness. I regret coming here so much. Show more

The most wonderful hidden gem in the city! I’ve been to high-end salons that cost double what she did to tame some really tricky-to-work-with hair (I’...m Irish and have red waves along with tight coils in awkward spots, a slight receding hair line, with extremely fine strands!). This is my new forever salon. It’s peaceful and cozy upstairs, and Annie feels like you’ve known her for years, she’s got that home vibe. Show more
