I’ve had Scandalous bookmarked for a few months now and I told myself I would go there as a treat once I finished up all of my exams for my teaching l...icense. I booked with them in the parking lot of the testing center and it was such a perfect way to celebrate. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and they helped eliminate any nervousness I had. Promise had me a perfectly tailored haircut based on my texture and face and Nia finished in up with a really lovely scalp massage and shampoo. I haven’t had a professional haircut in a really long time because of psoriases and they were very careful with my scalp and tested out the hair balm on a patch of my arm before putting it on. I can’t recommend Scandalous enough! It’s going to be the only place I go whenever I need a refresher Show more

The vibes of this salon were absolutely immaculate, everything from the music to the decor! I also love how collaborative all of the artists are here,... it always felt like there was someone willing to lend a helping hand or offer tips to other artists. Promise did absolutely amazing on my first ever curly cut, I’ve never had such an attentive and educational stylist before! This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. My stylist, Nikki, was fantastic. She to...ok the time to explain what would work best for me and my hair, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. As she worked, she explained everything she was doing and even taught me how to style my new haircut—which was super helpful since it was my first major cut. 10/10 would definitely go again :D Show more
