First I extend my apologies and I Thank you for posting a review. I am now able able To clear up a few things Because you didn't give me a chance to address your concerns since you blocked me (my personal and business number) immediately after you expressed your concerns . She didn't tell you she agreed on the size of the braids when I showed her the first 3 braids before I continued on. That's a standard practice when I do my braids . When I got halfway she expressed that they were a little big. I explained to her that this was the size you agreed to. So from then on I made the necessary adjustments for the remainder of her braids to be a little smaller. And Ma'am, I called you in behalf of her length because she want butt length and explained that will be extra . We agreed on (orginal price was $250-midback/armpit length ) $275 instead of $300 due to the butt length hair. I sent you picture of her hair when it was done and you asked me abt the size I told you they are medium You and your daughter said you liked them before she left! and you sent me $250 via Zelle not $275. What I feel is that you In actuality you wanted Smedium, Not medium. I did medium braids! As you you requested! not to mention her hair is thick! I did exactly what you both requested!

My hair needed love & care and Uknique provided just that! I went in for a silkpress, steam treatment, and trim. I was in dire need of hydration and a... trim. After the steam treatment, my hair looked and felt hydrated (high recommended). She also trimmed my hair based on my request and what she felt was best for the health of my hair!
