Omg! Shekinah is by far THE BEST there is for hair care, maintenance and especially her braids and hair braiding! She is quick, her braids are very ne...at! No gaps, no inconsistent parts. My braids we perfect for almost 12 weeks! The only reason I took them down was because of so much new growth! Her work is impeccable and worth every dollar spent! Her spirit is always joyful and pleasant! I had a job interview and called her on short notice. She was able to get me in, braided and out the door in a decent time! Atlanta, this is who you want! I traveled to Atl to visit family and wanted my hair done. The owner was very accommodating and allowed me to come in early the next morning. She star...ted my hair, and I guess her sister or close friend braided it. Don’t get me wrong, my hair is DOPE.. she parted my hair to perfection and braided it very neat. It just took entirely too long. The braider took many breaks and talked almost the entire time. She’s not the type who can talk and work. She had to stop, look at the person, explain, eat, etc… it took her 5.5-6 hrs to braid my hair and it’s shaved on the sides and in a Mohawk cut in the back. Overall, I love my hair, and I had a good experience, that particular braider just needs to work on timeliness. Everyone else was working and could talk. The owner even gave me some spray for my hair, and I appreciate her for that. Show more
