Booksy isn't working for me anymore for appointments, but the platform is still showing my business to clients on their website... Generally, all my appointments are being made through my website www.anabrowsmaker.com, and due to the reasons explained above, I unfortunately didn't see this appointment on time because the Booksy system hasn't been working properly this week and isn't showing me appointments promptly. That's why when you called me, I found out about the appointment, and I had already closed the salon. I apologized to you and offered to see you tomorrow or on another occasion, and I even offered you a discount on a future appointment if you decided to have any procedure done. you hung up the phone without listening. Technology isn't perfect and often fails, which is why my direct phone number is listed on all my social media and digital platforms so you can call me directly to schedule appointments or ask questions. you booked an appointment through a system that's malfunctioning, not directly with me, so I don't take this review personally or my business, but rather as a review of Booksy. you said that your appointment was confirmed the night before and may be booksy sent you message for confirm but not me but with booksy and I had never seen your appointment cause booksy never showed me so the same situation!

I said it again her message here don't correspond to the true experience happened with her ! This review does not corresponding to the true experience lived with this client on my business ! She came too late to the corresponding appointment and I couldn't wait anymore after wait 15min and she arrived at 5:20 without notification for I can wait and About price she never came to the corresponding touch up (4 to 6 weeks $150) she cancelled appointments 2 times and I gave one more opportunity to come after 2 months and obviously the price for touch up is not the same after 8 weeks. There is a very good explanations on my menu of services and she knew that but she doesn’t accept nothing and she is a very rude person

This client has come with a long and bad history on her eyebrows made from other place and I have removed it first time and she was very happy but never posted a good review in that time by the way !!! I got surprised when she told me that after I removed her eyebrows she went to her sister (her sister is a beginner making eyebrows ) to get her eyebrows done again and at home !!!! Then after her sister made her eyebrows at home she come back to me to removed again and her eyebrows looked too bad cause I have seen Badly implanted color and injured skin due to the depth that was exercised and also the skin was stained by the color that was implanted. In this case I started a new removal procedure making her Clare that perhaps she will needed more sessions and her process have to go little by little to be able to restore her eyebrows. Then Instead of waiting for the result and coming to the rest of her sessions, she has dedicated herself to harassing me from all sides and sending messages of dissatisfaction without listening to advice and suggestions of the professional …. I had to blocked this person due to harassment
