I'm so sorry about what happened, you booked a free consultation appointment through Booksy for 5:30 pm, and we close at 6 pm, but that's not the point. Booksy isn't working for me anymore for appointments, but the platform is still showing my business to clients on their website... Generally, all my appointments are being made through my website www.anabrowsmaker.com, and due to the reasons explained above, I unfortunately didn't see this appointment on time because the Booksy system hasn't been working properly this week and isn't showing me appointments promptly. That's why when you called me, I found out about the appointment, and I had already closed the salon. I apologized to you and offered to see you tomorrow or on another occasion, and I even offered you a discount on a future appointment if you decided to have any procedure done. you hung up the phone without listening.
