I made an appointment with Rossy after messaging back and forth with her and requesting to see more of her work. She sent me a link to instagram. The ...work was beautiful so I was u booked with her. Before arriving she asked me what I wanted and told her almond shape, bright red acrylic with 2 accent nails. After arriving, she showed me my red options and I chose the one I wanted (bright red like I requested.) she started applying the acrylic and told me it wasn’t working and I would have to choose another color. I was upset about this because, bright red was the color I needed. She tested several red shades and the color in the picture is the color that was chosen. When she was applying the acrylic, she was missing spots in the corners of my nails that I would point out and she would go back and add more. It was a mess. She kept assuring me it was gonna be fine because she could see the concern I was having with her services. She asked me how I liked them and I told her I wasn’t happy with how they looked. The acrylic was so uneven and had waves in it. I’m not sure if it was because of the lack of buffing or how she kept applying more and more acrylic but, it was not neat at all. I was very upset and explained to her how unsatisfied I was with my nails. She was telling me that it was the clear top coat she uses and not the acrylic which may be somewhat true because the next day (as you can see in my photo, the top coat was peeling off and bubbling terribly. She did offer to take them all off and not charge me. I explained to her that I was leaving for a trip and had no time to do this. I told her I would pay her for the services which is what I did and how I felt deceived by the work she showed me on the instagram link she sent me. The work she did on me in no way reflected the beautiful photos that were on that instagram page that she said was her work. I will never return and feel more people should be aware of my experience I had with her. Show more

During the process I understood that you were in a rush and I attempted to satisfy each of your needs that you were expressing while doing your nails. The reason your nails seem to end up like this is because we needed additional time to be able to dry them more instead of rushing for the result. Furthermore, I have had hundreds of testimonials and each picture on my instagram are all from prior clients, which can be verified as they post on their profiles as well. I apologize for your experience as I understand that we all have unique needs and wish you the best.

Rossy was very nice but the fact that they only have one chair for pedicures which was in use at the time of my appointment which made me have to wait... over 30 minutes was not professional. Rossy did provide a very very basic manicure for the inconvenience free of charge but being a diabetic(which I did advised her of prior) I have cuts on my hands and feet from her cutting too much of my cuticles. The WORST part of the experience is that they reuse the pedicure tools on different clients. They spray it with Lysol to clean!!!!!! Never again. Show more
