This was the worst experience with a barber at Jaca’s. Listen, I am a client. I have a right to complain when something is done wrong. I was sent to t...his location by your manager, Jaca, who is also my friend. It’s fine that you blocked me on Booksy. Regardless, I was not planning to come back to this business because of you and what happened. I paid $45 plus tip for a service after waiting 2 hours. It felt more like a turn and burn haircut because I was rushed out of your chair. The barber Fernando did much better than you that took care of me when you were out of town…FACTS! Most people would want their money back. Trust me, I am all good, keep it! This truly shows your maturity level because you did not apologize for this or take any accountability. As a barber, I would expect more professionalism from you. I know you do not care. It’s evident based on your actions. I will make sure my colleagues and friends know about this. If they come to Jaca’s I will definitely tell them to avoid you like the plague. This has left a bad taste in my mouth forever. I hope you learn from this experience and GROW UP. Show more
