Hi Kesh Thank you so much for your feedback and for sharing that you loved your brows and your experience — that truly means a lot to me ❤️I’m sorry the tint didn’t last as long as expected. Tint retention can be significantly affected by recent use of exfoliating acids, peels, retinol, or other resurfacing products, as these speed up skin cell turnover and prevent tint from bonding to the skin. You did disclose you had done a peel the night before, after we started the wax. For safety and optimal results, it’s also recommended not to use these products shortly before any waxing service. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and would love the opportunity to provide you with a future service that meets your expectations!
