Jessica, I'm sorry you was not happy with your service. The picture on my page is of my daughter. I feature different client styles on my page often. Also there are extra fees to customize lace wigs, same day. These customizations take time, hence why it took extra time. Also it is very important to get measurements of your units to make sure they fit properly. Your hair really came out amazing considering the obstacles that happened.
