I have tried varies salons and independant works on a journey to find the right eyebrow threading stylist. They all failed at either customer service..., appointment keeping, and/or eyebrow threading expertise. I found Chocolate Salon on Booksy, and although not to close to my home, I gave it a shot because of all the good reviews. Those reviews are all true! I'm leaving this review after several visits and they entire staff continues checking all those boxes! Faiza is an eyebrow threading pro!!! I had a very bad experience with Chocolate Salon. I made an appointment on Booksy and received a confirmation email including the time, date, and eve...n the stylist's name. I drove from the other side of town and when I arrived, the salon was being renovated and they were not accepting reservations. When I explained that I had a confirmation, they said they must have forgotten to turn off Booksy. Mistakes happen, but their oversight was a huge inconvenience since I fought traffic to get there and by the time they turned me away, it was too late to book a service anywhere else. Show more

So you ended up booking on Booksy. We did offer you an appointment for Saturday but your left and refused. We stand by our great customer service. As you see in our prior reviews. We go above and beyond for our customers. Our new renovated salon is the It Salon and Spa for the Dr.Phillips area. I came in visiting from Buffalo, went to have ...my eyebrows threaded, then the next day went to get my nails done, along with my daughter in law and my grandkids. As soon I booked Hadya contacted me asking me what I wante...d if I had any ideas or photos, I send her some photos of what I wanted. Once I walked in everyone was friendly and professional I meet Hadya and she told me my hair was gonna be done by Veronica, once I meet Veronica we talk about what I wanted and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. I’m extremely happy. The color is better than what I had anticipated. Prices are reasonable They offer coffee, water soda, variety of wines and mimosas.
