The shop was clean and inviting, and Jay himself was friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked all the right questions to ensure he understood my vision. He made suggestions based on my hair type and face shape, and I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. The haircut itself was flawless.
