Retention is everything for me and it’s been 2 we...eks already since I’ve gotten my nails done (I am a heavy lifter) and not one nail has lifted. She takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect from the shape to the design without having you sit in her chair for hours. She made me feel super comfortable and we had great conversation. DO NOT BOOK ! Horrible experience. I fell for the portfolio prices and her nails look on video. My nails, a short full set, lasted all of 7 days not e...ven. No hitting just calmly popping off. They looked cute but longevity in this business is something to work on. And also constructive criticism. I told her when the tips didn’t fit my nail bed and were too big or when I felt a nail wasn’t secure and she told me she knew what she was doing. Not. I see why they didn’t last. Lastly She leaves people on read. Charges extra for charms that fall off as soon as you open a car door. Invest in better glue. In a better lamp. Take another class. EDIT: she pretended to want to refund my money and blocked my number. And proceeded to get fake reviews from god knows who right after i wrote mine. MY WHOLE SET LASTED 6 DAYS how …… now I have to try to get into contact with the store owner and booksy about this to get into contact with her big self Show more

I also never received any of this feedback from you personally about the nails not lasting. Before you left you mentioned the nails felt secure. I also inform you of the 7 days repair/no cost policy I have. Not sure if you were texting the correct number I’m more than happy to re do the set at zero cost. UPDATE: I reached out to you directly upon receiving this review and offer a full refund. After you confirmed you never reached out I realized it’s better you receive a full refund and we go our separate ways. You did not respond and proceeded to not say anything. ADDITIONAL EDIT: You called threatening my phone screaming and cursing. You messaged me from multiple social media pages. Of course you are blocked. I’m not interested in communicating or servicing you. May you be blessed and move on.
