Hey! I would like to know what was poorly communicated? I did run 30 minutes behind, which can happen with doing hair. I apologized for the wait and proceeded through with your service. When you sign the document as a new client it states that at times appointments can run over, so please leave at least an hour free after the appt if you have other engagements or you're free to reschedule. My client prior to you had locs to the waist, accidentally booked a shorter service and it did push the time over with being sure to properly drying their hair; which has nothing to do with you, but I do ask for grace; especially because I make sure to cater to each and every client in my chair and I withhold professionalism dearly. I also do my best to give my clients a heads up if I am able to, prior to their arrival if there is a delay. Otherwise, you seemed to have been pleased with your service as you were leaving.
