Fely is AMAZING!!!! She is definitely a master at her craft! She has been working her magic on my hair for the past 3 years and she never disappoints.... She is very knowledgeable in color, she has kept my blonde balayage blond which can be a challenge because of my red undertones. She also does individual keratin extensions on my hair that blends in beautiful to my color.
