Unfortunately this was a very unprofessional bad experience. I had came into the salon the beginning of May 2023 to book an appointment. I was told by... Cecilia all her appointments are done by booksy online. I told her it was 3 people for a Sunday, she said no problem I should have available appointments in the next couple weeks. So I went online and booked it for Sunday 5/21/23. On Friday I received a email notification that one of the appointments was canceled, I called and asked her if it was all 3 or just one. She said all 3 and apologized and for me to book again. I said are you sure, I don’t want this to happen again, if not I’ll go somewhere else, she said yes definitely on Sunday June 4 I’ll be able too. With doubt but also looking at reviews gave her another chance. So I booked again online thru booksy. Appointments all 3 confirmed Friday 6/2/23. Today 6/4/23 no show no call nor email cancellation. I called her no answer, I text no answer. After waiting 20 minutes next door lady from flower shop said I don’t think she is opening. I said I have appointments, so she offered to call Cecilia. She calls her and was told by Cecilia sorry but I can’t make it today. To reschedule! After 30 minutes of leaving I receive a text, not a call but a text that says. “ I apologize for the inconvenience, I had closed out the date’s on my booksy app I didn’t realize I had appointments today. I can give you 10% discount. Sorry again for the inconvenience. I said no thank you I’ll go to another salon that will want my business. Had to select 1 ⭐️. I would have preferred to have chosen 0 but won’t let me ad review. I understand things happen but 2 canceled appointments and Today not even the a text, email, or call. Show more
