very unprofessional basically I set there for eight hours and paid $300 for nothing. I took my hair out on the same night. very unprofessional the wor...k was not worth 300 dollars and she was rude and only offered to give me 100 back after she messed up my head. Show more

I'm sorry your visit wasn't satisfactory but this was not expressed during or after the process. You were asked before leaving if you liked your hair and you said yes. After receiving a text at home I asked what you would like to be done to resolve this but in response you told me to be blessed. You also stated that you didn't want to hurt my feelings but it's my job to make sure that the client is happy. Not yours to protect my feelings. When you had your friend contact me, I asked to call her and she said no. At this point there is nothing else that I can do because you aren't letting me. When you both showed up I gave a partial refund due to you saying that you like your hair before leaving, the time it took and labor. I hope this help and I wish you the best.

When I arrived she started within 5 mins on my hair! She was very polite and attentive to her clients. I was not the only client she had at the time ...and she worked so seamlessly between us to make sure we all had what we need and our styles were done to perfection. Most stylists are either overbooked or just can’t handle working with multiple clients at the same time, however Ms Valerie is not one of them. My braids were the best I’ve had in a long time. Trying to find some one that listens and delivers on your needs? Well here she is… I would highly recommend Hairway 2 Heaven Studios and Ms Valerie! Show more
