Eve on board was great although this experience felt a little rushed because they were meant to close. My nails were cute but the finish and applicati...on could have been a little better/ cleaner. My pinky fingers compared to the rest were a little bulgy. But my nails lasted and the colour was great. I will still be coming back though. Show more

Loved Flow’s work . But I am unimpressed with your reception Nomsa and a mail technician called Tariro When I got to the salon Florence was busy wit...h another client I was asked to have an set down few seconds later she said Tariro must assist me . I didn’t have a problem with that but both of them didn’t ask me what I want to do . When Tari was busy with my nails I told her I want to do a refill as per my booking she said okay but continue to soak of my nails. I later realised she didn’t hear me so I let it slide and I told Florence about the issue but It’s how Tariro continue to speak about me like I am. Not present in also to her client. That was soo unprofessional and disgusting Show more

A lady called Emelda (sp) did my eyebrows. I had asked for a clean up and she completely removed my eyebrows. I have naturally thick eyebrows and I am... left with almost no eyebrow hair and a large gap in the middle of my right eyebrow. It will take a while before they grow back. She has no training and should not be doing anyone else’s eyebrows. Nozipho did my eyelashes, she was thorough and they were excellent. It’s unfortunate that my experience was tainted by the eyebrows. Show more
