I had skinny bottle treatment with Jo at Hagley road Birmingham. I was nervous as I’ve never had the treatment before, but Jo put me at ease. She talk...ed me through what she was doing as she was doing it, and it was completely pain free. I have noticed already the stubborn area on my stomach has got a little tighter. I have my next two treatments as part of my course booked in and can’t wait to see the results. Aside from having the treatment, it’s great to go to Jo and have a chit chat, she lovely lady. This review has no reflection on the therapist, she was great. This is a review of the management team. This company cancelled my appointments on seve...ral occasions making the treatment package pointless. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to but here we are nearly a month after completing the process forms and I still have not received a refund. The WhatsApp number isn’t working and nobody responds to emails. I’d avoid as they take your money happily but when they have caused the issues you don’t get your money back! Show more
