This was my first time going to Jess. She was lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable. I got dermaplaning, Jess made sure i was comfortable before ...she started. Ive had dermaplaning done before and it was nothing compared to all the stages Jess went through on my face. I particularly liked the hot towel and then the metal balls (sorry i dont know the correct name of them) which were so cold n felt great on your face. The whole experience was so relaxing, I could have easily fell asleep! My face is glowing and I am feeling great. 😃 Show more
