I dreaded starting the gym and needed a PT to guide me through it. PT with Karic is one of the best things I have done! As a first timer in the gym sh...e has been so supportive and very easy to talk to. She has really made me feel at ease and pushes me the perfect amount. She shows me how to use the equipment, answers any questions that I have and always helps me if I’m struggling. I now enjoy the gym and look forward to every session I have which I never thought would be the case🤣Also I work in a nursery so my hours vary each week and she is so flexible with her hours, catering for everyone at any time. I couldn’t recommend her enough, honestly the loveliest, most understanding woman I’ve met!!!❤️ Show more
