I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but for this last haircut I feel like it needs to be done. The guy who cut my hair was very clearly an amateur. Yo...u apparently only hire barbers with “5 years of experience”. No offence to this guy, but I thought he’d had 5 days of experience. He didn’t know what he was doing from start to finish. I came in with medium-long hair. The first thing he should’ve done is fully wet the hair, that’s a starting point. Next, he should’ve sectioned the hair to give himself a clear base to cut from. Instead, he poorly sectioned the right side, but didn’t bother whatsoever doing it on the left side. This has resulted in the right side being visibly shorter than the left. Incredibly amateur. This is surely barbering 101, week 1 of learning how to cut hair properly. He didn’t even bother cutting the top and the back whatsoever, I think because he just didn’t have a clue what he was doing. I came in and left with just about the same hair, with only the right side being longer than the left. He clearly hasn’t recieved proper training and has very limited experience. If you going to have amateurs cutting hair, you shouldn’t be charging customers full price. The first time I got my hair cut here, it was by another very amateur barber. This guy used the thinning sheers at the root of the hair, which is a huge mistake in barbering. The guy was overusing the thinning sheers, which can really ruin someone’s hair. I’ll not be returning and I’d recommend to anyone to go elsewhere, because these guys can’t be trusted. Show more

But as I told you in the phone call that I had with you, we do not accept any new hairdressers or trainees. And I told you that if you are not afraid of a haircut, I can give you your money back or offer you an alternative haircut. I gave it, but you said no, I had no problem with the haircut, and only you thought that the person who cut your hair was a new hairdresser, when this is not the case. Anyway, people's opinions are different and we respect everyone...
