You even allowed me to take a photo of your COMPLETELY REMOVED Hollywood & underarm areas, couldn’t wait to come back for annual top ups, and were generally elated about the service 1. you did have a consultation 2. We have a built in ice cooler, we don’t need ice. 3. Apts are confirmed as soon as shifts are confirmed for the following month. 4. Your sessions are fast and effective? You’ve said yourself your results are good (and photos prove that) so I only see a positive here. 5. Failing to see how me chatting is negative? Most people prefer it. You could have said if you’d like a silent appointment. Though given the fact you’ve initiated very intimate conversations, and regularly contact me about non-work related topics, I never once assumed that to be the case Regarding your financial situation, deposits are non refundable and unfortunately the hours you pick up in work are not my concern. You were fully aware of the policy when booking.
