Hi Jagroop, thanks again for your feedback and kind words about the service and the staff member who attended to you. On the other hand, leaving a 1-star review five days later following that seems very strange, so I’d like to address a couple of things from your message. 1. The barber was running behind by 15 minutes at the end of the day due to a busy Friday and some clients showing up late. This happens a lot in the industry, as most people know. We completely understand your frustration if this affected your plans since you arrived 15 minutes early on top of that, but Josh apologised numerous times even though it was out of his control. 2. The client before you is a long-standing customer and a friend of the shop. It happened to be his birthday haircut, which is why he asked for a quick photo at the end. 3. The two dogs you made nasty comments about are the owner’s. They’ve travelled the world to different shops, are loved by all our clients, and are very well groomed. If you don’t like dogs, you could have politely asked a staff member to move them instead of aggressively pushing them off the sofa, which we were only made aware of after you had left by someone who was in the shop at the time Thanks again for leaving both your message and your review so that anyone reading can make their own judgement about the kind of person who would write something like that after being satisfied with the haircut and having no issue with the barber himself.
