I just had my first appointment back and am absolutely loving my nails! Nails are lovely and I’m happy with them. But as the session went on Alice seemed to be very annoyed with me and made that very clear. I was simply tr...ying to design nails for my mother’s wedding this weekend which we had discussed and she was happy to do. However her huffing and puffing and sarcastic responses to things I was saying left me feeling deeply awkward and uncomfortable by the experience. She also claimed that I hadn’t booked the correct nail art when I had, the pictures on her advertisement show the style I booked for, and did a very poor job on my last two fingers as if she was in a rush to see me leave. I left feeling quite deflated like I’d done something wrong when all we discussed was my nail design which is what you do with a nail tech no? I left a wee tip to make up for anything I might have done to annoy her so much. Definitely won’t be returning. Show more
