Hi Adil, I couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming. You booked a student cut and style knowing you aren’t a student and were charged the right price. You were happy with the service up until then and I have pictures of the haircut. If there was any issues you could have mentioned it when I checked in with you throughout the haircut as I do with all my clients. I also gave you a free beard trim that you didn’t book as it was New Year’s Eve and gave you a complimentary refreshment. Once again I hope you have good new year.
