Lovely service and my little poodle, Maggie, looks so pretty! She can be quite a nervous dog and came out of the groomers very happy and relaxed, so s...he was clearly well cared for. Extremely disappointed. I asked for the groomer NOT to shave him nor make him look over-groomed. I returned to pick my cockapoo up completely shaved a...nd he looks like an entirely different dog. He has no matts (gets brushed every day) so there was absolutely no need for this and I didn't sign anything to say that shaving could be done if necessary. His longer hair was part of his personality. I would perhaps have understood more if I hadn't specifically asked for him not to be shaved! I didn't say anything when I picked him up because I didn't have it in me but I will never return. I'm actually very annoyed about it and wish I didn't pay the £50 (only cash accepted too in 2025?). Andrew you asked for him not to be cut right in I asked you short and fluffy and you replied YES so it is called a 3f and £50 is actually cheap for your dog as it is a medium dog and hasn’t been groomed in a while normally after 8 weeks it’s £60 +, so good luck trying to get cheaper !
