Hi Lauren I’m so sorry youve had this experience I was under the impression you loved your lashes when you left. I always try to ensure that there is a professional atmosphere thats still welcoming to my clients you where my last client before my break and my cousin was waiting on me finishing work I never intended for it to be unprofessional so I do apologise . In regards to your lashes I have a policy which states that if there is a product malfunction within 72 hours of application then the set will be fixed for free which I explained and if any issues occur don’t hesitate to reach out as I’m more than happy to sort it out, however I havnt received any message from you stating thier was problems or else I would of tried my best to sort it out. As it’s been a week from your appointment and I havnt been made aware of this until now I can’t blame my products as I havnt seen the condition of your lashes in person and retention problems can be caused by many's of things such as skin products, oils, makeup ect and as they where for an occasion makeup and oils on lashes less than 24 hours after application can effect the retention. There is only so much I can do on my part, lash aftercare when the client leaves is out of my control. if it’s only one eye that is the main problem it could be as simple as they way your sleeping,retention problems with a product malfunction usually effect both eyes equally. Feel free to message me and I can try my best to get you sorted.
