Got my lashes done yesterday and really love them. Had full consultation where Stacey asked me lots of questions as I have hayfever. I also got my bro...ws done which are perfect and not too dark which was a worry with me being blonde. Stacey was professional and so friendly ensuring I got the perfect lash/brow combo. Iv had lash horror stories in the past and was ner...vous getting them done again but Stacey has completely changed my opinion on them, she was so lovely and welcoming and the application process was the most comfortable Iv had I am delighted with my lashes. Would never usually write bad reviews ever but i was really disappointed considering the service itself was pleasant throughout and Stacey was quite l...ovely. I had told her previous that I hadnt great experiences in the past and it was my first time getting them done in a year because I was so nervous. I also let her know beforehand my allergies were acting up and my eyes were slightly irritated. She assured me that she would make sure everything went smoothly and that any problems not to hesitate on texting her afterwards. We got the lashes done and I told her they were slightly sore afterwards although I wasnt sure if it was because of my allergies or not. She then told me to text her and let her know if it didnt clear up and explained it could be a number of factors that might cause irritation like a glue not agreeing with my skin and she would fit me in as soon as possible if there was anything wrong to just let her know. Went home everything was still the same, decided to sleep on it and see how they were the next day. Woke up and they still didnt feel right and noticed one eyelash was noticeably sticking into my eye so i text her about it at 10am on her phone number, no response, called her, no response and then even text her on social media platforms to try reach out, didnt respond. I thought to myself because it was christmas rush she might just be really busy and kept that in mind. Shed then responded to me saying she didnt see any of my messages at 4pm and that she doesnt go on her phone on her days off. I responded right away asking if i could call down just to have a look at them and no response. I ended up having to pull out the lash from the root as it was really irritating me. Then started to notice a lot of other eyelashes were dropping down and twisting and not sitting how they were the first day I got them. I thought maybe she was too busy to see any of my messages so I booked one of her touch up services and was willing to pay to get them fixed which she then declined. For someone that assured me that if i had any issues she would sort them out for me i feel so let down. I ended up having to go to another lash girl to get them removed and pay extra as most lash artists arent keen removing other peoples work. The other lash girl told me that in her 7 years of doing lashes she has never seen anything like it before in her life, it took over an hour for her to safely remove them as she had said the clumps of glue were so thick and rushed during application that it was very difficult for her to fully get rid of all the glue in one session. I’m really sorry you’ve had this experience, I would never deliberately ignore a client with concerns I was just extremely busy also in regard to rejecting the touch up it was nothing in regards to not wanting to sort you out just life gets in the way sometimes and I can't work when planned, I would never not take an appointment unless it's for a reason. Furthermore it last message to me was that one lash was irritating and it fell off and everything was okay if I had of known that they where continuing to irritate I would have got you sorted 100%, with you having past issues as well the irritation and saline in tears could have cost the glue bonds to break down causing the lashes to go clumpy, I’ve been a lash technician for 5 yrs myself and always aim to improve my skills and application every day so I would never rush a sets application or isolation and do anything less than my best. I do apologise however u have had this experience and I wish u all the best ❤️
