Happy with my braids, quick and efficient.

The braids are beautiful, thank you ❤️ However, when I arrived, I kept receiving different times as to when you would come back, as well as, I didn't ...have any heat protectant used on my hair when it was being blow dried and it was being dried very roughly. My scalp was not oiled at all during the process. And finally, I did not like how my pack of hair kept being thrown on the ground when my hair was being braided. Overall, I love the look of the braids as they are beautiful and I am receiving a lot of compliments on them. However, I think everything could have been done differently. Show more

I’m sorry about that I did apologise to you also before I started doing your hair and I welcomed you nicely . there was traffic I was running late and I did text you to let you know , I didn’t not throw your hair on the floor and blow your hair roughly your hair was hard inside I had to blow properly to be soft and aslo the hair the hair was inside the pack next to me on the floor the floor was clean while I prepared your hair as it's knotless braids that’s normal even my other clients that come I do same and I did use hair cream on your hair I don't use oil I use hair cream you saw it and this shouldn't be issue we could have handled this in private?
