Kids braids (extension) up to 9ys

Terrible. My son’s appointment was booked for 2:10. I was supposed to pick Jae up from the nearest station. At 12:11 I received a message from Jae to ...say she had been held up and wouldn’t be able to get to me til 5:00 - 5:30. I had plans and so I asked her to please refund my deposit. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience she then told me to never book with her again, as if were my fault that she was running 3+ hours late, she then tried to accuse me of cancelling because I had to cover her travel expenses which was clearly not the case. A very rude woman. Not very professional at all. I have attached a screen shot of our full conversation. There was never a problem paying your expenses. I actually offered to pick you up from the train station, did I not?! It’s actually quite worrying that I was going to invite you into my home. After I left a review Jae called me from a different number, demanding to know why I had left the review. I ended the call. She then booked me in for another appointment at 19:21 from her end and tried to charge my card. Worrying. I think it’s quite clear to see who the problem is here. I wasn’t bragging Jae, I simply stated that as a clinic owner I would be mortified if any one of my staff conducted themselves in such a manner and I stand by that. You have some good reviews so clearly those people have been happy with the service you provided. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Rest assured I would definitely not book an appointment with you again or recommend you. Now, please if you could kindly leave me alone. Show more

This woman is a liar they will not allow me to post a picture so I can show you the full conversation. She has showed a 1/4 when you book with me you receive a form to fill in crucial to your appointment!! I asked her over the phone to fill in the form she said she was working and would doit after she never did !!! 8 o’clock the morning of the appointment I messaged her again regarding the same info!! No answer!! Three 1/2 hours later I sent ??? She finally replied with the info and I was currently doing a client hair.. Now if she had sent the info needed I wouldn't have had taken the appointment until after hers. she was told the travel fee she had a problem with which was £15.00 pounds after working around her needs and booking train she then tells me I'll just pop into the shop. She asked for refund I gave her which put me out of pocket as booksy charged me plus the train ticket. This woman ungrateful, entitled and disgusting as she sent me voice note bragging about having two mayo clinics but don’t want to pay travel fee. She asked for a refund when I pushed her appointmentr back due to lack of of responses regarding info needed for the appointment. I was polite as could be and asked her not to book again. She said she wouldn't I said very much appreciated then she called me VOLIE.
