I asked for mid fade, half off top and straighten up of my son's fringe. Vicki has done a high fade, a lot more than half off top and then took it up...on himself to add a line to the side of his hair. I did not ask for this and my sons new school doesnt allow lines!!! The line i didnt know about until i left the shop, and what can i do then. His hair cant be glued back on! We travelled from Wolverhampton as my son liked vicki in the past, but never again. I am fuming! Show more

M sorry for that please come I'll give him free haircut but I remember yu didn't ask for mid fade Yu said to me for his regular haircut I always gave him Sam haircut which is mid skin high fade and I allways ask client what they want and yu said yu are my regular client you supposed to give review after every haircut never even gave me 1 good review before it’s not fair
