Box braid

The braids were nice, however, the few complaints I have was the braiding being too tight to the point it hurts to move my head, I did tell the braide...r but there wasn't much of a response and it continued to be braided tightly. I also wouldn't tie them up for work because they were that painful. I expected the braids to be braided all the way to the end, but instead, they were braided halfway with the choice of curling them or keeping them straight. Whilst the style is nice, they didn't seem to give the choice to have the braids braided all the way to the end, which I initially thought would be done. Also, my braider kept pausing my braiding to answer her phone/texts and it wasn't nice whilst she had my hair gripped tightly in place for a while constantly while she did this because she was doing something on her phone. I didn't expect to be passing the hair to her either, which was not a big problem, but I wasn't even asked, the hair was just pushed into my hand which I haven't had done at another salon before, as you are paying them to do this for you. I could have had something I planned to do whilst having my hair braided, but I instead had to pass the hair the whole time. Overall, the style looked nice, but the pain I was in was not worth having the style unfortunately and I had to take the braids down when I got home, as there was no way to sleep or have this in comfortably. I am used to having some tension with braids, but not to the point that I want to cry. Show more
