After three months of not getting your beard trimmed with us, you came in with a very long and messy beard and asked me to tidy it up. I made sure to give you the best shape possible. Also, when you ask for “round ears,” you usually mean with clippers — there’s no need to use scissors unless it’s just around the ears. If the top still feels a bit long, you can always ask to go shorter . All these points matter, especially considering the time, effort, and great reviews we’ve built. We’ve always been open — if we ever make a mistake, we’re more than happy to talk it through and fix it. (Next time you come in for a haircut, make sure you mention my name (Ash) at the front — I’ll give you a free haircut on me., but hopefully this makes up a bit for the last time in case your experience wasn’t the best)
