Thanks to the incredibly ...talented Mercedes, she is so lovely, made me feel so comfortable and super beautiful! I just love her energy! Finally found a hairdresser who understood what I wanted and delivered! My first time visiting The Hair Salon today and I absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere from everyone who worked there especially Mercedes who was ...so welcoming and friendly and put me at ease straight away. I always feel apprehensive having my hair done and this was the first time in ages I actually relaxed and enjoyed the experience. A lovely head massage with my feet up helped. Love the colour! Such a wonderful experience with Mercedes - as always!! She’s so warm and friendly, and has so much expertise - she always understands what I’m hoping... for and absolutely nails it, even when I’m not great at explaining my vision 😅. This visit was no exception, I’m delighted with the cut, colour and advice I received and am already looking forward to the next appointment/catch-up!
