Amy didn’t disappoint from the ...moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Seeing the condition of my scalp was amazing. WOW! What a beautiful and wonderful experience I’ve had at The Head Spa, with the gorgeous Amy. From the moment I stepped through the door, into the s...potless clean room so beautifully decorated, that smelt gorgeous! My treatment was like nothing I’ve ever had before, I feel like I could sleep for a week. The pictures Amy showed me of my scalp, I’ve got to say I wasn’t keen on showing anyone my scalp as I’ve suffered for years with a dry and itchy scalp however, Amy was so kind to me talking me through every step and giving me little hints and tips to get my scalp in better condition, I feel like my confidence has been boosted. I will definitely be giving my partner a hint on what I want for my Christmas present 😍 Thanks for a wonderful treatment. 🥰 Show more

I had my first head spa experience yesterday, and it was absolutely incredible! Amy was exceptionally knowledgeable. After struggling with a scalp con...dition for years and experiencing hair loss, I was impressed by how well she understood my situation and the various creams and medications I’ve tried. In my opinion, Amy achieved more for my scalp in just one session than all those wasted appointments with dermatologists! She dedicated a significant amount of time to thoroughly examine and massage my scalp and neck. The before and after pictures of my scalp were astonishing! Thank you so much, Amy! Had the pleasure of booking in with Amy for my first ever head spa! I’ve been waiting one for ages now and WOW, the whole experience was unreal. Fro...m the booking process to the treatment and aftercare I couldn’t fault anything. The room itself was beautiful and I loved that it was in the city centre easy to get to. After the treatment, I noticed a remarkable change—my scalp, once dry and lifeless, now looked revitalized and healthy. It felt clean and refreshed. The experience really wasn't as expected, unfortunately. The room is beautifully decorated but extremely small, nowhere to hang a coat or a bag. The f...loor was really dusty and full of other peoples hair, which then ended up on my coat from being on the floor. No blast dry given on my hair, She ran over the appointment time which was no fault of mine at all, I arrived 10 minutes early. I was offered to blast dry my own hair, I felt awkward and uncomfortable that the appointment had ran over to the next clients time so I left as quickly as possible with my hair soaking wet, not damp. The herbal tea wasn't given to me due to the timekeeping, and there wasn't enough information given about the products used or the step by step process of the treatment itself. I wouldn't recommend I'm afraid. Show more
