Have used this salon on multiple of occasions and it never fails to impress ! Jess and Julie are both amazing stylists and are also both so welcoming.... Couldn’t be happier with my hair and always take the time to talk to me about what I would like and whilst giving their professional opinions. Highly recommend this salon !!! Show more

Full Head Foils

I went to this salon and was very specific with the colour I wanted I showed pictures and we discussed at length before going ahead however the colour... I received is significantly different. I sent a message the next day to express my concerns with the colour. I was happy with the techniques and the stylist it’s just not what I asked for, all I wanted was the colour to be fixed but received a very negative response. Upon showing proof of what I asked for it was implied I’d not shown those pictures which I did, the owner told me she edits photos before putting them on instagram so the picture I’m seeing doesn’t reflect the colour I have. Pictures shouldn’t be brightened or filtered for clients to choose colours. All I requested was a colour correction to which I was told I’d need to pay again . Show more
