Hi , I booked through Booksy . I asked for an inch off trim , and I have at least 2 inches off and changed style . I had layered hair now have a bob .... Where she kept trying to match up the bottom so kept chopping. J went to a hairdresser to see how the bottom was and I need to wait u til it grows to get it level . Maria is a lovely person. Just need some more training to get things right Show more

Hi Annette! Thank you for your review. Maria has been trained and working as a hair dresser for over 10 years. Your hair started off quite short so it was difficult to achieve the style you wanted. If you had made us aware that you were unhappy we would have been happy to help at any point during your service! When you left the salon you had told us you were happy with your service so we're not aware of how you felt. I apologise that we were unable to meet your needs on this occasion.
I have regular full body massages at Maria’s salon I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them.
Arezoo did my waxing and it was such a pain free experience! Great beauty therapist would 100% recommend for any beauty treatments!
