I booked in with Erin for 1:30 and drove for 30 mins to get there. Once I got there, the shop was empty and a man appeared out the back and let me kn...ow that Erin wasn’t working that day, and nobody else was available to cut my hair. He apologised and said I can go next door to another barbers. Update: Kevin reached out to apologise and has aimed to resolve issue. Much appreciated. Show more
