I am a nervous girlie with the hairdresser (one too many bad haircuts and colours). Rachel was warm, understanding, engaging and funny. She was pa...tient with my nerves and worked with me to make sure I was happy with every step of the process. My hair was beautiful, and I was kept topped up with really good coffee.
