Layton did an OK job. I had to keep asking him to do more, as he was clearly rushing. He didn't really make an attempt at conversation. The finished c...ut was noticeably uneven. My appointment was moved forward less than 20 mins before the original time, so I had to rush up the hill. All round not as good an experience as I've had at Jacob's before. Show more
