Hi Craig, I'm sorry to hear that you left the shop feeling disappointed. I have to say that I'm shocked and totally disagree with your unfairness especially after you visited my shop for around 4 years. You mentioned I was talking to my phone; As you can see on Google and booksy app I have a temporary mobile number for the shop instead of a traditional landline. Although It may look to you as if I was talking to my mobile phone, I actually was responding to customers. You knew that I had relocated my business and today, was the first day back to my original shop after 6 years and you were my second customer of the day! You mentioned that I was talking to others; again as it was my first day back to the old shop, the next client who was waiting for his haircut, was asking me some questions which I did my best to involve you in the conversation. I can't tell clients to stay silent whilst waiting. You also questioned the qualiy of the haircut. I truly believe that there was nothing wrong with the haircut. You recently have had a horrendous experience with a local cheap barber ( according to yourself) and I perfectly explained to you on your last visit, that it will take a few haircuts to bring your hair back to the desired shape and style, I'm not a magician after all, you will need to be patient! I'm by far the most professional barber in Brighton and hove area. This is what more than 1200 (combined on booksy and Goole) 5 star reviews say. I'm happy to fully refund you.
