Ended up having to drive 44 mile round trip and they didn’t bother to even answer the door. Appointment did not go ahead. Massive waste of my time money and fuel. Show more

I was really disappointed to have my appointment cancelled 1hr 30mins before the time I was booked in for today. I was understanding about why it coul...dn’t go ahead, although more notice would have been appreciated. However, after one message communication was cut. My appointment had been booked for almost three weeks, so I was expecting to hear about being re-booked or sent some further details, but after the cancellation message I heard nothing more. Not the service I was hoping for and I’ll now more than likely have to wait the same amount of time again or longer for an appointment elsewhere. Show more
