3 rounds of dissolver and not dissolved much. I think the services are cheap prices for a reason. Have had to come to someone else and spend £100 to d...issolve when I should have done so from the beginning. Business states that I had a lot of filler left (despite being filled by Simone - previous practitioner) who filled in the sides of my nose when I had not asked for this. On this dissolving appointment I clarified that I only wanted a little bit of dissolver because I was worried it would remove my natural tissue however the practitioner on the day said “no, I’ve got a full syringe for you, don’t worry” and proceeded to inject the full thing so I am unsure what this response from the business is even saying when they were not there about how the dissolver needs to be given in small amounts when on my third session, the practitioner injected a full syringe while saying “there’s filler left in there.” It’s not possible that someone pays for 3 syringes and not dissolve filler from the same place you got the filler from - it should be more than enough to get rid of your filler unless there is a reason it is not getting dissolved due to the quality of your products. Business states that they offer scan for filler dissolving but when I asked if they offer this, they ignored it so I am not sure why they are saying that they invited me for an ultrasound scan dissolve when it was just that they asked me to come and see the founder of the clinic despite asking directly if they offer this. It does not make sense to come back to a clinic where you have done 3 rounds of dissolve over a period of a month and the dissolver does not work. I even asked for the brand of the filler and was also ignored of this. It’s a shame that there is no accountability.

You had a significant amount of filler in your nose and it’s done in small stages there for we advised you to do over multiple sessions we can not just inject dissolving agent into the nose and damage your natural tissues just because you requested us to do so we made you aware there were still some filler left and advised you would need more product reason being you attended for a follow up session then once we added more we did advise a further treatment to ensure all product was gone it’s in our best interest to carry out procedures correctly and safely to ensure only the product is dissolved and not your natural tissue you were advising us to inject into areas there were no filler and unfortunately we are the professionals and we can only do what we are trained to do and not what you tell us to do we understand you feel you know what your talking about but we can not just take your word for it and inject into areas where it's not safe to do so we are very sorry your unhappy with the outcome but we did the best we could to ensure there were no complications or damage caused we even offered to scan your nose to show you what filler was remaining but unfortunately you have now been to another practitioner so that option is no longer available as it's not longer our work to correct thank you Miss Hudson aesthetics
