I could tell Rose was highly skilled. They paid great attention to detail ensuring that every snip was perfect. what impressed me most was her ability to blend my ideas with the expertise to create that not only suited my face shape and hair type also exceeded my expectations overall my experience at Rose was fantastic. I recently had the worst haircut of my life. This was the third or fourth time the same person has cut my hair, and I thought by now she would underst...and my preferences. I even showed her pictures, and she assured me she could achieve that look, but the result was nothing like the photos. Her attitude was also very off-putting. I always bring my 2.5-year-old child with me and only today did she tell me he isn't allowed in the waxing room. Why didn't she mention this before? It felt like she just wanted to make me feel bad. Her rude demeanor is intolerable. I don't have anyone to leave my child with, and if a salon serves women, they should expect that children might sometimes accompany them. Until now, I thought maybe she was just having bad days, but now I'm certain that her rudeness is consistent. I feel humiliated and disrespected. At the end of the haircut, she asked if it was okay, and when I tried to give feedback, she dismissed my concerns and tried to convince me otherwise. In our first appointment, I asked about eyebrow services with my limited language skills, and she rudely rephrased my question. Today was my final session with her. I have no intention of allowing anyone to insult me or act superior while giving me a terrible haircut. I refuse to pay for such poor service. Show more
