Thanks very much for your review Kelly. You did arrive to your appointment 15 mins late with no apology nor anything for being late. I did say sorry I can't take you as I had a full diary and can't run into other clients appointments this has always been our policy! I adjusted your previous booked time as we run our appts either at o'clock or half!! As for our address the new address is on our Booksy profile along with our telephone number which hasn't changed an is still the same as the contact number which would have been on the sign still at the old premises you could have called the number! We also have social media platforms which you could have looked for, if you had of contacted an give notice you were running behind maybe then I could have catered by pushing back my other clients but sorry no I can’t run into other clients appointments and have them sittin around. Our salon is very professional and we always cater to suit our clients however we can but on when arriving late with no apology and an attitude sorry that won't be tolerated.
