LATE FOR A 9am APPOINTMENT ON A MONDAY!!! This is not acceptable!!!!! TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE’s TIME! THEY OPENED THE SALON AT 9:15. THE. GUY... I HAD BOOKED WITH WAS NOT THERE.
