A fantastic experience from the moment I walk through the door. I felt like I was in safe hands with Buck and they did such an amazing job both with m...y hair and with ensuring I felt at ease by being responsive to my interactions from a place of curiosity rather than judgement. I felt like I could be myself and it felt like a collaboration rather than a dictation like many hairdressers I've been to before. I've never had a proper short haircut from a hair stylist so I didn't know what I was asking for, but Buck made what was in my head a reality and I am so happy with it. Often when I have left hairdressers in the past when I had longer hair they have styled it really nicely, but I'd have no idea how to replicate that at home and I'd end up tying it back and/or wearing a hat. By some sort of magical wizardry I can actually very quickly style my usually unruly hair and be happy with it. I can't thank you enough and I will definitely come back and recommend you to anyone who will listen! Show more

I loved my time at LLS. Being a huge animal person- having the dog and cat there was a huge treat! They are so sweet . Buck is lovely and made me feel... at ease and I am so pleased with my haircut. It was a special treat for myself and I was not disappointed. Real quality cut. I usually find getting haircuts stressful, but for once I enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend! Show more

Amazing place, would highly recommend!! Loved my haircut after having it long for a very long time. It was nice not having someone worry the haircut w...on't look femenine enough or that it's too short, etc. Super LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent friendly. Plus if you love dogs and/or cats, there was a lovely dog and I ended up having a cute kitty on my lap for the whole appointment. Thanks again so much to Buck for the awesome experience! Show more
