Booked for 5ml package and Botox. Greeted by a lovely young lady on reception and the salon itself is amazing. Mollie did my procedures and listened t...o what I wanted to achieve and explained in detail everything she was doing and made me feel really relaxed because I was slightly nervous. The overall result after a week is perfect and I am really happy with the results. Georgie was an hour late to my anti wrinkle appointment. The communication from reception staff during my time there was appalling, and when I asked h...ow long I’d need to wait I was simply told “I don’t know- she’s not in the clinic yet - she’s busy”. When she finally arrived i was made to feel like an inconvenience. I wasn’t comfortable paying full price considering my experience so asked for a discount - she begrudgingly knocked just £10 off my treatment. When I booked a top up appointment I received a message on the day of the appointment asking if I could come in later in the day, to which I replied yes of course asking for a new appointment time. She replied half an hour before she was due to leave the clinic for the day, which was too short notice for me to attend. Overall I’ve never received worse customer service or care from any clinic or salon, and I’ve never been made to feel more unwelcome by a clinic Show more
