Dear Jack, We do apologise. Regarding Lamine, we have addressed the situation with him as no acceptable his delays, which impact massively with our commitment with our clients. Please give us another chance as we are offering you one month free of membership for yourself and our Barber Mardin back in now, and he is very arriving on time so for sure you will not have this issue with him
However, Lamine has been addressed and promised not to arrive later anymore please get back to me as previous text I never managed get back to you related your complaint as we do appreciate all clients feedback it's very important to us and our apologise again and you have all the right to complain
